On March 24th, 2011, Laurie's Buffalo Gourmet hosted it's first ever fundraiser to benefit the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge in New York City. Needless to say it went off without a hitch and was a huge success.

Attendees had fun indulging in fresh guacamole hand crafted by some of NYC's best chefs while sipping, maybe more like gulping, ice cold margaritas.
