Yummy Mummy Dip

Cooking Time: 15 mins, serves 4-6 people

Ingredients
1 loaf of French bread 6 sticks of mozzarella string cheese 1 can of black beans
3/4 jar of Laurie's Buffalo Gourmet Roasted Chile with Black Bean and Corn Salsa
8 oz bag of shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese (saving 2 oz of cheese for topping)
1/4 cup of fat free sour cream 1/2 a can of pitted black olives, halved.

Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium sauce pan, combine the black beans, cheese, 3/4 jar of salsa, and sour cream and simmer on medium heat stirring until we'll blended.
While the dip is cooking place the string cheese across the loaf of bread to resemble the mummy wrappings. Place loaf in the oven for about 6 or 7 minutes or just until the
cheese is melted onto the loaf. Remove from oven when melted and cut open the loaf along the "torso" of the mummy, keeping one side in tact and connected to the rest of the loaf. Remove inner bread to creat a bowl for the dip.
When both the loaf and the dip are ready, pour the dip inside of the mummy loaf and top with olives and remaining cheese and salsa.
Serve on a plate or platter surrounded by Laurie's Buffalo Gourmet Chipotle Chips. Now, enjoy!
